Introduction
This department was established in 2001. Only after 7 years in 2008, the department started its independent activities, and M.Sc. Programs were provided since then. Now, B.Sc. And Ph.D. programs are also provided by the department. Research led by the academic staff mainly includes formulation of high-quality food products with health promoting features.
